Catalogue Implementation Manager Eindhoven

The Catalogue Implementation Manager is responsible for supporting the Procurement Account Managers and buyers with the implementation of the Sourcing Channel Strategies and creation of Catalogues. He or she acts as a Subject Matter Expert but also as a hands on support in creating catalogues.

Activities:

  • Communicate and educate PAM’ers and buyers on catalogue requirements and how to set-up catalogues
  • Set-up and maintain catalogues and implement other sourcing channels like templates, blancket orders, annual order etc.
  • Communicate and educate suppliers on catalog requirements and catalogs they must provide (together with Ariba)
  • Test catalogues with suppliers to ensure successful publication (together with Ariba)
  • Ensure suppliers provide correct catalog content in correct format (together with Ariba)
  • Create and maintain internal catalogs
  • Be part of the catalog workflow for supplier catalogues 
     

For one of our clients we are looking for a Catalogue Implementation Manager with a Bachelor / Master-degree in a relevant area (e.g. Business Economics, Business Administration) combined with Procurement related courses (e.g. NEVI II and III).

Duration: 3 months+ 

A companies is implementing a Requisition to Pay tool to optimize the ordering and payment process. This SAAS platform implementation will require a change of working for the team but will demand a substantial effort of the team during implementation. External support will be required to facilitate a successful implementation.
