General requirements:
1. Native Dutch speaker or consultant speaking and writing Dutch fluently
2. Willingness to work in the larger Brussels area on site at least 80-90% of the time
3. Previous experience with retail clients / in a retail environment
4. Previous experience with increment based approach (agile-like)
5. Ability to translate user requirements into a high-level functional design
6. Previous expertise with working with off-shore IBM developers
7. Previous experience with WebSphere Portal Server 8, EJB 3.1 or newer
8. Knowledge transfer is part of the job role.
Specific development experience required:
1. WCM development (custom multilingual solution, custom components), Themes & Skins, REST services (JAX-RS)
2. Portlet Development (IBM API, JSR168, JSR286)
3. IBM Web Content Manager latest version
4. Java EE, JavaScript/HTML
Education /certification requirements:
1. WebSphere Portal Application Development, latest version
2. IBM Certified Solution Developer - WebSphere Portal, latest version
