For one of our clients we are looking for a senior business analist/developer working for 2 different contracts.
The 2 contracts where this person will be working on are both automotive projects.
One project is for a European Car importer where work consists of troubleshooting/2nd line support and designing/developing on IBM Mainframe.
Programming has to be done in CA-Gen and Cobol and needs other skills like Easytrieve, JCL, MQ-series.
For the troubleshooting part, the person has to be able to work independent and solve problems within a short timeframe.
The other contract is for a Dutch car importer where work consists of troubleshooting/2nd line support and designing/developing on Ingres platform in OpenRoad with skills on QBF, ISQL, Ingres, AIX, Scripting.
The developer working on this project (very small project) will be the senior developer for whom there are no secrets within OpenRoad.
this person will be the only developer within the team and will also be responsible for the code changes which come out of the troubleshooting activities.
This person will also be troubleshooter himself.
The percentage over a long period will be 50% on one and 50% on another project, but this could f.i. 2 months full-time on the first project, followed by 50% on the second project.
Because of this needed flexibility, splitting the function into 2 50% functions is not acceptable, knowledge and skills have to be within the same person.

- Must be a senior business annalist/developer with In depth technical & funct knowledge of all supported Automotive syst;
- Broad overview :Key for speed in trouble shooting;
- Operational support: Key for complex programming and implementation requests that require speed;
- Computer Associates (Open Road, Open Ingres) knowledge & skills mandatory;
- Language :Dutch is mandatory
- Development: Senior Open Road Developer, Open Ingres expert, CA-Gen programmer, Cobol-programmer with JCL knowledge and MQ-series.
- Troubleshooting: ISQL and QBF knowledge, functional knowledge about the Dealer Management System, good analytical skills
