Experienced in creating IT (/infrastructure) Solutions in the EUS area
Knowledge/experience with multiple platform types
Experienced in Financial industry
Knows to find his/her way in a complex organization
As technical TSM you will be the single contact to the Delivery organization for Solution Management within a business domain
Careful communication, experience in sensitive environment.
Experienced in End User Services area, Wintel platforms
English: good
Can organize, delegate and coordinate
Customer facing - negotiating
A good experience with working with technical teams (e.g. Wintel, Unix, database, MQ, Networking, , ….)
Be a people manager in leading teams
Wintel / End User Services Solutions
Ensures delivery is done on time, within budget and with high client satisfaction.
Feels energized by working in a strong operational and stressful environment.
In depth knowledge of the IBM or ABNAMRO infrastructure and change management procedures is a great advantage
